01 Orders

• All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.

• Delivery charges, where applicable, will be added at checkout or communicated before payment.

03 Payments

• Full payment is required before orders are processed and shipped.
• We accept approved payment methods communicated by Joyful Jewels by NSK.
• Proof of payment may be required before processing your order.

04 Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 days, excluding 1 to 2 days for order and payment processing.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier services.
• Joyful Jewels by NSK is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

05 Returns & Exchanges

• Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
• Returns or exchanges for eligible items must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the incorrect product.

06 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging.
• We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

07 Product Information

• We strive to display our jewellery as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, size, or finish may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
• Handmade items may have slight variations that make each piece unique.

08 Jewellery Care

To help your jewellery shine longer:

• Apply lotions and perfumes before putting on your jewellery.
• Remove jewellery before showering, sleeping, and working with harsh chemicals.
• To prevent scratching, store each piece individually in a dry place.
• Wipe gently with a soft cloth after each use.

09 Limitation of Liability

Joyful Jewels by NSK shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Customers are responsible for following proper jewellery care instructions.

10 Privacy

Customer information is used only to process orders, provide customer support, and communicate about purchases. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except where necessary to complete your order or where required by law.

11 Intellectual Property

All images, logos, product descriptions, and content belonging to Joyful Jewels by NSK remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
