We want you to love your jewellery. If something isn't right, here's everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and orders that arrive damaged or incorrect.

01 Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
  • Returns or exchanges for eligible items must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the incorrect product.

02 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging.
  • We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

03 How to Request a Return

  • For damaged or incorrect items, include clear photographs so we can help you faster.
